Submitted by Ms. Tammy!
In Soo’s Boo-Boos by Tilda Balsley, Soo enters the house holding up boo-boo number 10! A scratched arm. She goes through her boo-boos one at a time explaining each one to her mother. Her toe rubs inside her shoe, her lips are chapped, her nose drips, she has burned her tongue on a hot waffle, and the list goes on, until she reaches number 10. Mom thinks for a moment, then quickly has a solution for each of the boo-boos. She puts a hot pink band-aid on her arm, new shoes for her toe, cherry flavored Chap Stick for her lips, a cold popsicle for a burnt tongue, and soft tissue for her nose… Once mom has taken care of each boo-boo, Soo heads back outside for more fun!
