In Hands off My Honey by Jane Chapman, Bear stomps through the forest with his great big jar of delicious honey. He stops to rest against a tree and enjoy his honey. He won’t share his honey with anyone. Some of the other forest animals, Mouse, Mole, and the Rabbit Brothers, are hungry for some delicious honey too. The animals come up with a plan to get a taste of the delicious honey. They set out across the forest with a jump, leap, and a roll, in hopes of getting a taste. Bear catches them trying to get his honey… then it’s revealed that they are all friends and it was a game they like to play with Bear. See this book listed in our catalog
