Journey by Aaron Becker is a wordless story book that follows a young girl as she journeys across magical realms through the use of a simple piece of red chalk. On one dreary day, she finds that her family is too busy to play with her. When she goes back to her room to mope, she discovers a piece of red chalk on her bedroom floor. On a whim, she uses the chalk to draw a door on her bedroom wall and discovers, to her delight, that the door becomes real, and that it leads to a beautiful forest. From there she goes on an amazing journey that takes her to airships in the sky and castles by the sea, all the while using the chalk to draw things into existence that help her on her adventure.
